INGREDIENTS:
3 cups chopped kale
1/2 cup pine nuts (or almonds)
juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 garlic clove, smashed
1/4+ cup grated parmigiano cheese
salt & pepper to taste
olive oil to desired consistency
 
DIRECTIONS. 
Add olive oil to a pan on medium heat. Sautee the kale and garlic until garlic is brown. Add all ingredients to the blender/food processor and blend away! Serve with rice noodles and enjoy.
